Zendoku is published by Fun Side LLC, a New York limited liability company. By downloading or playing Zendoku you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Zendoku is licensed to you, not sold, under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These terms add to that agreement. Where the two conflict, Apple's agreement controls.
Zendoku is free to download and includes a 7-day free trial. When the trial ends, continued play requires a one-time purchase. It is not a subscription, it never renews, and you are never charged automatically. The unlock is tied to your Apple ID and can be restored on your other devices with Restore Purchases.
Purchases are processed by Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Please do not copy, resell, or reverse engineer the app, except where the law gives you that right.
Zendoku is provided as is. We work hard to keep it reliable, but we do not promise it will be error-free or always available. To the extent the law allows, Fun Side LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app.
We may update these terms. We will change the date above when we do. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
